Massive Vegetation fire in South Modesto

Firefighters from different agencies responded to a vegetation fire near Neece drive and Rouse which jumped the river onto the zeff road side. Fire crews found a fire behind Camp fire meats spreading at a rapid speed in heavy brush. The fire began spreading down the river bank scorching over 2 acres.

This was one of two fires that occurred with the other near Roberson road at the water treatment plant.
