Firefighters respond to a 2nd alarm fire in West Modesto.

Fire crews battled a 2nd alarm fire in West Modesto near Chicago ave just before 10pm. The call came out after reports stated there was a fire between Jeeul way and Chicago ave. First arriving crew found heavy fire threatening nearby homes and requested a 2nd alarm response. It did appear a possible outbuilding was destroyed by the fire. Fire crews had a knock down on the fire with 15-20 mins.
