19 year old suffers major injuries in accident.

Modesto Fire,SO,CHP,AMR responded to a vehicle accident with pin in at Hosmer and 9th street. Modesto E19 arrived on scene and found a vehicle that was T-boned by a tow truck. E19 requested a pin in response for a 19 year old female who was pinned in. It took about 15 minutes for firefighters to extricate the female from the vehicle. She was transported to a local hospital code 3.
